Builder FAQ

Do you work from construction drawings and finish schedules?

Yes. We review plans, finish schedules, and specifications early to flag conflicts, sequencing issues, or substrate concerns before they cost time or money.

Can you coordinate with superintendents and other trades?

Absolutely. We coordinate directly with site supers and adjacent trades to stay in sequence and avoid trade interference. We do not create bottlenecks.

How do you handle scheduling on multi-phase or tenant finish-out projects?

We break installs into clear phases aligned with the overall construction schedule. Adjustments are communicated early, not the day materials arrive.

Are your crews experienced with commercial environments?

Yes. Our crews are trained for occupied buildings, after-hours work, and fast-turn tenant finish-outs where cleanliness and efficiency are critical.

Do you install commercial carpet tile and resilient flooring?

Yes. We install commercial carpet tile, LVP/LVT, and other resilient systems commonly specified for offices, retail, medical, and mixed-use spaces.

How do you handle stairs, transitions, and complex details?

We treat stairs, nosings, reducers, and transitions as critical scope items, not add-ons. These details are planned, priced, and executed correctly the first time.

Do you address subfloor and concrete conditions?

Yes. We evaluate and prepare substrates, including concrete installation, correction, and finishing when required. Flooring failures usually start below the surface – we address that upfront.

Can you meet inspection and close-out requirements?

Yes. Our installs are inspection-ready, and we provide punch resolution and close-out documentation appropriate for ownership and property management.

Do you have capacity for repeat or portfolio work?

Yes. We are structured to support repeat builders, multi-location rollouts, and ongoing relationships.

How do you price projects?

Clearly and honestly. Our scopes are detailed, exclusions are explicit, and pricing reflects real labor and material conditions. No surprises mid-project.

Do you provide preconstruction support?

Yes. We support builders during preconstruction with early budgeting, finish recommendations, value engineering options, and constructability input. Our goal is to identify risks, cost drivers, and sequencing issues before bids are finalized and schedules are locked. We also advise on material lead times and availability so selections align with real-world procurement timelines, not wishful schedules.
